Air Heater

Therm Tech Air Heaters are compact, rigid, noiseless, highly efficient, fully automatic air heater.It is designed to provide extraordinary performance with high efficiency and maintenance free operation. Our air heater is a product of more than 20 years of industrial heating line design experience.

 

The main component of TAH model air heater is the casing which is insulated by L.R.B mattress for better insulation, indirect fired heat exchanger fabricated out of stainless steel for long lasting life of unit, a flue gas duct, compact pressure jet burner and ventilation blower.

Thermic Fluid Heater

Steam traps condensate lifting and return system, water treatment plants are unnecessary. All the heat generated can be used and instant modulation to fluctuating loads ensures peak efficiency at all times. There is no wastages. Therm Tech is designed on the coil type once through, forced circulation principle and to use heat transfer fluids without risk of chemical degradation. Therm Tech is supplied to shops in assembled and ready to install condition. Only the chimney, fuel line and thermic fluid line have to be connected.

Steam Generator

The internal combustion chamber is used to accommodate concentric helical tube coil, Which is placed  in a single insulated shell of mild steel construction. This type of design helps in economizing the space and  simultaneously ensures optimum rate of heat release. Due to elimination of extensive use of refractory, it permits rapid start up and operational and maintenance flexibility.

Water Heater

For process heating applications Therm Tech liquid phase heater can be substituted against steam or electricity. They have larger heating capacity. As a form of direct heating, a significant heat transfer surface between the water and the process is required for the heat transfer to work efficiently.

The Therm Tech is designed on the coil type once through, forced circulation principle and to use heat transfer fluids without risk of chemical degradation.

Incinerator

Therm-Tech Incinerator is a package type, all weather type and mounted on base frame for easy transportation. Incineration is batch type and waste feeding is manual. The Incinerator has 2chambers, primary chamber and secondary chamber. Both the primary and secondary chambers are provided with pressure jet burners for incineration of bio-medical waste. For general waste burner is provided only in primary chamber.

Cyclone

Therm Tech Cyclone separators are separation devices (dry scrubbers) that use the principle of inertia to remove particulate matter from flue gases. Cyclone separators is one of many air pollution control devices known as pre-cleaners since they generally remove larger pieces of particulate matter.

 

Wet Scrubber

Therm-Tech Wet Scrubber is made of Stainless Steels. In wet scrubbing processes, liquid or solid particles are removed from a gas stream by transferring them to a liquid. The liquid most commonly used is water. A wet scrubber’s particulate collection efficiency is directly related to the amount of energy expended in contacting the gas stream with the scrubber liquid.

Burner

Burner is a mechanical device that mixes fuel and air together and, using an ignition device, provides a platform for combustion. Burners are a key component of every boiler and furnace heating system that provides temperature control throughout entire manufacturing facilities, as well as other heating processes during manufacturing.

It is the most important component of a system for the smooth operation and stability of an industrial boiler, furnace or other manufacturing process where high temperatures are needed. Good reliability, high efficiency and low emission are the target for both equipment users and machinery manufacturers.
